Leadership Through Action
The Kappa League — formally known as the Kappa Leadership & Development League — is a curriculum designed to enhance the leadership skills of young men in grades 6 through 12. Through structured programming, participants develop the confidence, discipline, and social awareness needed to succeed in school, career, and community life.
Program Pillars
- Self-Identity — Discipline, self-assurance, awareness, and personal presentation.
- Training — Academic preparation, career exploration, organizational skills, and goal-setting.
- Competition — Understanding competitive environments in academics, careers, and athletics.
- Social Development — The arts, communication, etiquette, community engagement, and social responsibility.
- Health Education — Physical fitness, wellness awareness, and making informed health decisions.
How to Join
Kappa League is open to young men in grades 6–12 in the Central Virginia area. Members participate in regular meetings, community service projects, and leadership development events throughout the year. Contact us for more information on joining.
