Guide Right Outreach Curriculum
Virginia Chapter Foundation facilitates monthly mentoring sessions with student leaders at select Central Virginia middle schools and high schools. Our structured curriculum is designed to meet young people where they are and build the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and professionally.
Core Focus Areas
- Building & Sustaining Healthy Relationships and Trust — Helping students develop meaningful connections with peers, mentors, and their communities.
- Harnessing Communication Skills — Equipping young people with the ability to express themselves clearly and advocate for their needs.
- Perception & Self-Awareness — Encouraging students to examine how they see themselves and how they are perceived by others.
- Developing Leadership Skills — Providing frameworks for leading with integrity, accountability, and confidence.
- Cultivating Effective Decision-Making Skills — Teaching critical thinking strategies that apply in school, at home, and in future careers.
